Myers Power Products, Inc APC TSP product line

CORONA, CA, June 7, 2007 - Myers Power Products. Inc announces the acquisition of the assets of the APC TSP product line for the cable TV market from American Power Conversion (“APC/MGE”), a major manufacturer of UPS and Power Supply Systems recently acquired by Groupe Schneider.

Myers Power Products, Inc., has been a leader in the engineering and manufacturing of power supplies, transformers, lighting inverters, battery backup systems, electrical cabinets, and medium and low voltage switchgear for the electrical industry for 60 years; this acquisition represents an exciting addition to the Myers Group of products for the cable and wireless markets.

The TSP line of products will be managed from Myers’ East Coast facility in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
