ONTARIO, California, USA – Myers Power Products, Inc. (“Myers”) today announced that Sandeep Zope, P.E. has joined the Company as Engineering Manager. Mr. Zope direct and oversee all electrical and mechanical engineering activities related to the production of Myers medium and low voltage power distribution equipment at its 220,000 square foot Ontario, California manufacturing facility.

Mr. Zope comes to Myers with nearly 30 years of experience in engineering for electrical equipment manufacturers. Under his leadership, engineering operations realized increased productivity, efficiency, and consistency through the development of standard templates for drawing packages, increased use of automated tools, and the implementation of standard procedures. 

Myers President and CEO Diana Grootonk stated, “Sandeep’s experience and capabilities will enable Myers to build upon our long history of quality and technical leadership. As Myers continues to grow, skills such as his will be integral to maintaining consistently high quality and exceeding our customers’ cost and delivery expectations. Mr. Zope holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, an MBA in marketing, and is a Licensed Professional Engineer.

ONTARIO, California, USA – Myers Power Products, Inc. (“Myers”) has added a nationwide sales network to connect customers with products in its FVR outdoor substation circuit breaker line. In total, 17 firms will provide sales, technical guidance, and customer support to owners, engineers, and contractors nationwide.

Jon Waggener, Myers Vice President-Sales and Marketing said, “The firms that will represent the Myers FVR products have deep knowledge of the FVR line, extensive relationships in utilities and renewables markets, and long histories of providing outstanding service to customers within these industries.”

The representatives include GHMR Co, Gorman Company, Midwest Technical Sales, MKI Reps, Power Equip Sales Reps, and Robinson Sales – all of whom currently represent Myers other offerings for the utility and industrial markets and will continue to do so.  Representatives new to the Myers network include Electric Resources, Electric Sales Associates, Energy Product Sales, HEES Enterprises, KW Associates, Leidy Engineering Sales, Inc., PowerTech Associates, Inc., Robert W. (“Myers”) has expanded its representative network with the addition of five well-established electrical sales organizations.  These firms, GHMR Co., Gorman Company, Midwest Technical Sales, Power Equip Sales Reps, and Pro-Tech Power Sales, Inc. will represent Myers electrical equipment and solutions for utility and industrial customers in the Southwest, Midwest, and Southeast United States.

These markets constitute a major client base for Myers, with products and custom solutions for the grid-based power, renewables, water and wastewater, and gas utilities markets as well as mining, oil and gas refining, chemical, and heavy manufacturing facilities. Customers served in these markets range from municipal utilities that serve a few thousand customers to multi-brand energy corporations serving millions of residential and commercial customers.
