CORONA, CA, JANUARY 23, 2008 - Myers Power Products. Inc announces the acquisition of RSE-Sierra Switchgear & Transformer Service, Inc. a major manufacturer of Electrical Distribution and Control Equipment including Panelboards, Service Equipment & Distribution Switchboards, Motor Control Centers, H.V. Metal-Clad and Metal-enclosed Switchgear, Generator Control Boards, High I.C. Switchboards, Control Panels/Consoles, Unit Substations and all types of Outdoor and Indoor Walk-in Switchgear.

Myers Power Products, Inc. has been a leader for over 60 years in the engineering and manufacturing of electrical cabinets, lighting inverters, battery backup systems for Broadband, Telco and Traffic Control, and medium and low voltage switchgear.

Myers Power Products, Inc APC TSP product line

CORONA, CA, June 7, 2007 - Myers Power Products. Inc announces the acquisition of the assets of the APC TSP product line for the cable TV market from American Power Conversion (“APC/MGE”), a major manufacturer of UPS and Power Supply Systems recently acquired by Groupe Schneider.

Myers Power Products, Inc., has been a leader in the engineering and manufacturing of power supplies, transformers, lighting inverters, battery backup systems, electrical cabinets, and medium and low voltage switchgear for the electrical industry for 60 years; this acquisition represents an exciting addition to the Myers Group of products for the cable and wireless markets.

The TSP line of products will be managed from Myers’ East Coast facility in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

CORONA, CA,  MARCH 1, 2005 -  Myers Power Products. Inc announces the acquisition of the assets and product lines of Controlled Power Corporation, a major manufacturer of DC Switchgear, Powerhouses and Circuit Breakers.
