Myers Acquires Pioneer Power Products

CORONA, CA, 2003-12-06 – Myers Power Products, Inc. has acquired the Pioneer Power Systems product line, specializing in medium voltage switchgear and powerhouses. Pioneer Power Systems, formerly CGI, has over 30 years experience in the industry and is a welcome addition to the Myers group of products.

Myers Acquires Ryco Electrical Products

SANTA FE SPRINGS, CA, AUGUST 6, 2003 -  Myers Power Products, Inc. has acquired all assets of Ryco Electrical Products, a manufacturer of electrical switching gear with facilities in Pomona, California. The transaction, completed on July 7, 2003, is representative of Myers' continuing expansion and development of emergency lighting inverters, frequency converters, electrical service pedestals, and other power-related products manufactured in California and in its corporate headquarters, located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. 

Ryco provides a range of commercial metering switchboards including main circuit and distribution sections, CT meter mains, and lever-bypass or K-Base style multi-metering. Bruce Steigerwald, General Manager of Myers Power Products, Inc. notes, "the Ryco product line will be a welcome addition alongside our existing Myers Power service pedestals and cabinets. This enables us to better serve a wider range of customer needs and requirements."
